Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping fee: £12.95

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic office furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your bench desk, L-shaped configuration, or any other product, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Desk Extensions/Returns that have been custom-fitted or modified
  • Any Ergonomic Office Desks where the adjustable mechanisms have been used
  • Products purchased as part of corporate bulk orders (10+ units)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product Name and reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges, specify preferred replacement
  • Attach photo/proof of issue if applicable

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely repackage your item including:

  • Completed return form (from original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on package

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: New item shipped within 1-2 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer preference returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for customer preference returns.
