Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Desk Extensions/Returns that have been custom-fitted or modified
  • Any Ergonomic Office Desks where the adjustable mechanisms have been used
  • Products purchased as part of corporate bulk orders (10+ units)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Shipping instructions based on your location
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely repackage your item in its original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New item shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval
